The wildlife trade is cruel with bear cubs like Dori being brutally snatched from their mothers at a young age and then sold online for a profit. 

FOUR PAWS fights to provide the urgent protection and rehabilitation that wild animals need and deserve but we can't do this without you.

Ending inappropriate keeping

To date, we have rescued more than 200 bears, who now live in species-appropriate conditions for the rest of their lives; loved and cared for.  

Focused on eradicating the inappropriate keeping of brown bears in Europe for good, we've succeeded in putting an end to the keeping of dancing bears in Bulgaria and Serbia, the illegal keeping of restaurant bears in Kosovo, and the illegal keeping of bears in Poland.

We're also campaigning hard to finally end bear bile farming in Hanoi.
