Supermarket labels shouldn’t leave shoppers guessing

Terms like “farm fresh” and “natural” may sound reassuring - but they can be vague, inconsistent, and often tell us very little about how animals are actually treated.

When labels are unclear or misleading, people are denied the ability to make informed, ethical choices about what they buy.

It doesn’t have to be this way.

On 9 July, we’re hosting a parliamentary reception to highlight this issue, and your MP needs to be there.

We’re calling on the Government to introduce a clear, mandatory labelling system for animal products - one that shows how animals were really raised and treated.
