This could be our biggest bile bear rescue mission so far, but such an undertaking is a team effort. We need your help to change these bears’ lives forever.

A desperate life

The bears are currently being kept on three farms in terrible conditions. For the last 17 years, the bears have had to spend their time in barren cages, surrounded by metal bars. 

Time is ticking

Some bears don’t get water at all or only at feeding time; others seem as if they have already given up, lying lethargically in the corner. We must act fast.

We can’t do it without you

We urgently need your support to bring the nine bears to their new home at our BEAR SANCTUARY Ninh Binh. Here, they could finally live the peaceful life they were denied for so long. After years of being frightened and alone, we hope to socialise the bears with each other after they’ve adjusted to their new homes.

Your donation could help us rescue and provide them with the care they need: 

  • £3 a month could feed a rescued bear for a day.
  • £6 a month could help to medically treat a rescued bear
  • £12 a month could provide bear cubs with special milk formula for a week.
  • A generous monthly gift of £20 could fund the full care of an orphaned bear for a month.

Your support helps us keep our sanctuaries running and provides homes and species appropriate care to more than 190 bears - a place where they are safe, loved and cared for. On behalf of the animals, the FOUR PAWS UK team would like to thank you!
